In light of the high demand for skilled professionals and talents internationally, STEM skills carry special significance in today’s competitive economy. Drawing on Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) insights gleaned from extant literature, our study sought to investigate factors that are likely predict students’ interest a STEM-related career Qatar. An online survey was administered via computer-assisted web interviewing (CAWI) paper-and-Pencil Interviewing (PAPI) during Spring term 2021. Data gathered sample 1505 secondary school students, including 278 grade 11 764 12) students Findings concluded two-level mixed-effects logistic regression revealed statistically significant differences based age, nationality, support family.
